Receive Your Bill
Ways to Receive Your Bill
If you choose to receive your bill by mail, it will come with a pre-addressed envelope in which you can place your bill stub and payment. When you apply postage and deposit your bill with the U.S. Postal Service it is forwarded to our lock-box payment processing service in Atlanta. We suggest mailing your payment at least seven business days before your due date to ensure your payment arrives and is posted to your account on time.
You may also choose to have your monthly statement delivered by email, or you may view your bill online.
You have the opportunity to receive your electric bill electronically (e-bill), a personal, automatic notification by e-mail that your account has been billed and is ready for viewing and payment. When you receive the e-mail, you will simply click on the Web address provided and it will guide you directly to your account information on the Flint website. There is no cost to switch to e-bill. Members who use this service will no longer receive a paper bill in the mail each month. If you would like to sign up for this service please send us an email. Include your account number and the e-mail address to which you would like the e-bill to be sent and we will set that up for you.
